Donation to Suau High School

The presentation of the K20, 500 cheque to Mr Leonard Pwaka Principal of James Chalmers Memorial (Suau) High School by 2018 UPNG Milne Bay Students Union President accompanied by the 2016 and 2017 President and the Chairman of the Milne Bay Day Committee (Milne Bay Community Association) at the 2018 Milne Bay Day Launch - June 16.

Of the K20,500, k500 was donated by the governor of the UPNG Bookshop, Chief John Kasaipwalova from the sale of books at the 2017 Milne bay Day.

Goodenough Disaster Support initiative

A donation was made on Saturday 13th April 2019 to the Goodenough Island Disaster Relief Initiative. This donation was possible through the successful hosting of the 2018 Milne Bay Day.
Representing the Milne Bay Community Association is President for the UPNG Milne Bay Students Union (MBSU) Mr Troney Togumagoma and MBSU executives presenting K3000 to Mr Abraham Matafolu and Mr Ralphael Waiyalaka - Chairman of the Emergency Program.

Huhu-Tulau womens Group

The first donation from Milne Bay Nite' of over k2000 was made on Tuesday 27th August 2019, to assist the Huhu-Tulau women's group (of Alotau) which went towards paying the freight to procure an Eye scanner/keratometer for the Alotau General Hospital all the way from Calabasas in the United States of America. The device arrived in Alotau on Thursday 29th August 2019, and serves the people of Milne Bay at the S40 Clinic, Alotau General Hospital.
